I won’t lie

I won’t lie…my weight loss has been a struggle for a few weeks now. I am going to blame it on the weather and this time of year. I know I should blame myself though. The last two weeks I gained (total of 1.4lbs) Which is not bad really and I’m still proud of my progress thus far. I have been so busy at work and home, my stress level has been above the bar and I just have not been as strict as I should be. I have still not fallen off the wagon and reverted back to my old eating habits, but I’m not 100% on like I was when I started. My plan, is to begin walking again in March (since it should be getting darker later and I hope warming up!).

I am confident enough that I know I will get back into my routine. After all, summer is coming!

I am so with you right now. I am bouncing between 19-21 pound loss right not. Ugh I m in a funk. I think that I need to find new foods too.

In the summer you will reach your goal, the heat will do the job

You’re not alone. I think the weather affects me as well. I’ve been watching The Biggest Loser, which really motivates me.

I just started a workout routine - it kicks my ass - but seems to work - I will keep you posted
